Having shipped both enterprise software at Microsoft, as well as more agile products at venture-funded and bootstrapped startups, Ben excels in providing technical strategy and execution leadership to executives across all industries.

Carl thrives by collaborating as a conductor, harmonizing input from clients, technologists, and creatives to craft exceptional digital experiences that yield results.

Carl’s tools for success include his aptitude for identifying and implementing software and process to enable effective program delivery, providing optimal client and internal team communication and visibility. Before joining Devblock, Carl was VP of Project Management/Delivery for SapientRazorfish.​

Greg is an accomplished entrepreneur and tech leader with more than 20 years’ experience and multiple patents to his credit.  He not only understands the complexities around architecting scaled systems and managing globally distributed engineering teams, he knows how to turn that know-how into viable products.

Greg has raised more than $9.5 million in venture capital in very different environments (Seattle and Silicon Valley) and turned those investments into two successful exits.

Joe is formerly the award-winning UX Design Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, Los Angeles. Designing projects from mobile applications to large-scale enterprise platforms for companies such as Toyota, Lexus, The Olympics, FX Networks, Pluto TV, HP, Adobe, Honda, CNN, City National Bank, and Warner Bros.

Andy is a graphic designer with over 25 years of experience. He is originally from South Korea. After settling in Los Angeles, he earned a BFA in Graphics & Packaging from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, and spent the next 12 years in design firms working on corporate branding and online advertising for some of the nation’s leading entertainment and consumer brands.

Afterward he became a freelancer and spent the next 10+ years working with many companies, Oakley Eyewear, NFL Network, Belkin International, MySpace Music, M-GO, Sony Crackle to name a few. He’s a designer who understands Doyald Young’s pursuit of perfect letterforms, yet also appreciates David Carson’s influence on graphic design. When he’s not practicing design, he’s busy designing his life and pursuing his passions for photography and travel.

Yoi Hibino’s career has spanned two continents over two decades.  Yoi cut his technical teeth on product development, product management and product marketing. In the early 2000’s he was instrumental in developing the first software tool solutions and launching graphic hardware for NVDIA in Japan before eventually leading his own startup.

With a technical know-how that is both broad and deep, he is especially deft at architecting solutions that allow him to bring forth his vast expertise in the entire product roadmap process in both hardware and software for our clients.

With over 10 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and as a General HR Business Partner, Van has demonstrated expertise in skilled workforce management. She excels in recruitment and people management, with notable experience in IT companies. She has built and contributed to leadership and organizational development, employee engagement and relations, and HR policies and strategy with strong negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Utilizing her professional skills, she shares initiatives, understanding, experience, and knowledge, while remaining result-oriented and committed to meeting organizational goals and strategies. Prior to her current role, Van served as a Talent Acquisition and HR Manager.
